Why are my boxes not holding together after stacking?

1. To ensure stability when assembling, place the fixed frame over the top ridges and then cover with the lid.
2. When stacking, remove the lid from the bottom storage bin while keeping the fixed frame on the ridges. Place the top bin over the frame and use side latches to lock it into place.
3. For further guidance, we have included a detailed installation video.
